Young Adult

The Westminster UMC Young Adult Ministry seeks to…..

affirm the unique gifts, talents, and ministries of young adults; provide opportunities through programs and resources for young adults to explore ways to integrate their faith in their lives; work to ensure fair and adequate representation by young adults throughout the life of Westminster UMC, including all boards, councils, and committees of the church; foster an environment for young adults in our church and community that addresses their needs and issues through evangelism and a spirit of Christian fellowship, and offer fun and enjoyment in our community - spreading laughter and joy as we work together in Christian love.

Goals:

1. Spiritual Development
   A Bible Study / discussion group that addresses current events and issues from a Christ-centered perspective.
   
   
2. Outreach
   Work as a unique demographic to support one of the many outreach ministries at Westminster UMC by providing the most valuable resources.
   
   
3. Christian Fellowship & Discipleship
   Create an environment where Young Adults can fellowship with one another and attract others to join the body of Christ.
